The City of Santa Fe offers assistance to qualifying customers struggling to pay their water bill. You may qualify for relief if you have an income that falls below the City’s Low Income Limits. Applicants must reside at the service address for which they are applying for assistance, and they must be individually metered. If approved, water customers will be relieved of wewer assessment & charges, refuse assessment & charges, service charge for water, and monthly residential storm water assessment.
You can download the Low-Income Adjustment application or you can fill one out in-person at the Utility Billing Division at 801 W. San Mateo Road. Proof of income is required with applications.
