For more than 10 years, hundreds of children have shared their water conservation messages with the City of Santa Fe in the Water Conservation Calendar. The winning artwork from the previous year's poster contest is incorporated in the calendar. This calendar has become one of the most requested items each year.
The 2016 calendar will feature the winning artwork from the 12th annual poster contest, the theme of which was "Water Connects Us."

The Water Conservation Office distributes approximately 5,000 water calendars featuring the creative artwork of the winners of the Children’s Poster Contest and monthly tips on how to conserve water. The calendars are available at many City facilities, including the lobby of the Water Division, City Hall, and all of the City Libraries.
